Sportsplex Parties
Our sporting environment creates the perfect atmosphere for a fun-filled birthday event! Take your party onto the fields or courts to play the sport(s) of your choice! After playing, move into our party room to enjoy some food! Leave all the work to us, no set-up and no clean-up!

Booking your party with us, enrolls your child in our Kidz Club program! Take advantage of the Sportsplex discounts when you Party with the Plex!
Disclaimer: Benefits of the Kidz Club are only valid for the year after you have your party with us. Discounts expire a year after hosting your party with us, if you host your party with us the following year, membership and discounts renew.

Any Nerf guns damaged or destroyed come with a $15 replacement fee.
If you wish to bring in your own Nerf guns, you may do so.

Party Procedures
In the party registration form below, please provide the party details including date, time, playing area/party room, and food preferences. Please confirm the accuracy of these details before the date of the party.
Once your party has been reserved with our facility staff, you will receive an email with the link to sign our Facility Participation Waiver.
All party guests are required to sign the waiver - please share the link with your guests.
All attendees should plan to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in purposes.
Waiver will be available for signing at the facility - but get a head start and send to all your guests now to jump right into the party!

Equipment
At the start of your party, equipment will be supplied by a staff member on the field/court. Please remember, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any equipment which is lost, damaged, or stolen during the course of the party.
Party Changes
Any party surface, date, or time changes occurring within 3 weeks of the scheduled party date will result in forfeiture of the original $50 deposit, and a new deposit will be required. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Reserve a Spot Early
With the high demand for space at the facility, you should reserve your party as early as possible. Call the SportsPlex now and check for available times/dates.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your birthday party time.
A credit card number is required to reserve a party.
Full Payment is required on the date of the party.
We reserve the right to bill your credit card, only if, full payment is not received at the end of the party.
For parties of 25 people or more, it is recommended that you rent out more than one field or court as an add-on to the party package.
For parties with more than 15 children attending, an extra party helper will be automatically added on to your reservation for $50.
