+ Membership GUIDELINES

• In order to participate in anything at our facility, you must have a membership key tag.
• Membership key tags are $5.00, this is a one time fee and gives you a one-time free open gym entry.
• Purchasing a membership key tag requires agreeing to the Sportsplex Facility Waiver, which is available to read through within the membership key tag form or a copy is available upon request.
• Membership Tag is not for unlimited open gyms. $10 upon entry for open gym is still valid with the membership tag.
• All customers must must pay the one time fee to obtain the membership card, and sign the waiver (in person or electronically). If you pay online, you are welcome to receive a full refund should you change your mind and did not (nor do you plan to) use the facility.
